These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the A Plus Academy website and our tutoring services. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A Plus Academy is a trading name of A Plus Academy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11862627).
2. Our Services
We provide private tutoring services for school-age children across various key stages and subjects. Sessions may be delivered in person at our centres or online, as agreed at the time of booking.
3. Bookings & Assessments
Initial assessments are offered free of charge with no obligation. Following an assessment, we will discuss a recommended learning plan with the parent or guardian. Enrolment is subject to availability and agreement on fees.
4. Fees & Payment
Tuition fees are payable in advance as agreed at the time of enrolment. Current pricing is available on request or on our course pages. We reserve the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice.
Some families may be eligible for government support towards tuition costs. Please visit gov.uk/help-with-childcare-costs to check eligibility.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
We require at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Safeguarding
The safety of children is our highest priority. All staff undergo enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training. For full details, please see our Safeguarding Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and course materials, is the property of A Plus Academy unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality tutoring, we cannot guarantee specific academic results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the website. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time.
